Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd – Terms and Conditions
1. Parties Agreement
Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd and you, “the client”, agree the following services will be supplied to the client by Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd until new terms and conditions are agreed and notified in writing by all parties involved.
2. Workplace Health & Safety
The client will provide Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd contractors with workplace health & safety orientation upon arrival, and prior to beginning any work. The client assures Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd contractors will perform their work in areas which are safe and comply with relevant legislation, including the Work Health & Safety Act 2011, and are covered by public liability insurance for Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd contractors. The client ensures that the contractor is set up in a space that is ventilated, preferably with some natural light and easy access to the bathroom.
3. Terms of Payment
Payment must be made directly to Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd within 14 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice, to the following bank account.

4. Parking
Client agrees to cover parking fees for the duration of the service / event if requested.
5. Insurance Coverage
Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd has public liability insurance for not less than $20 million per occurrence. Additionally, Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd contractors are covered by their own public liability and professional indemnity insurance, which can be provided upon request.
6. Referrals and Future Projects
Any work request arising from the service or event provided by Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd must be referred to Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd. The client will not knowingly engage the Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd contractor direct, independent of Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd, for a minimum of 12 months. If the client liaises directly with a sub-contractor, the client will be liable to Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd for work and services performed and will be liable to pay Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd the fee Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd would have been entitled to.
7. Punctuality
We will make all efforts to be punctual both with our start and finish times of the booked appointments. We request the same of our clients. We understand the workings of the modern corporate office and that not all appointments run precisely to time. If individuals are unavailable within the booked time, this time will still be charged.
8. Sub-Contractors Substitute
Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd has the right to substitute its contractors provided to the client.
9. Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation, rescheduling or reduction in hours is made:
(a) More than 7 days’ notice: If a cancellation, rescheduling, or reduction in hours is made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled service, no cancellation fee will apply.
(b) Less than 7 days’ notice: If changes are made within 7 days of the scheduled service, the client agrees to pay 100% of the proposed service fee.
(c) Therapist illness: In the event a therapist is unable to attend due to illness, Corporate Bodies will make every effort to arrange a suitable replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will liaise with the client to reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time or cancel the appointment without penalty.
10. Disclaimer
(a) The client acknowledges that the services provided by Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd, or any sub-contractor or organisation or person acting on behalf of Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd, are not a substitute for a medical practitioner/professional, nor are in any way a form of medical advice.
11. Indemnity
(a) Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd and Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd contractors will provide information, services and products (whether written, verbal, physical or electronic) with all due care.
(b) Notwithstanding paragraph (a) herein, Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd and Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd contractors (or their agents) do not give any warranty or guarantees, or represent any information, services or products, or any third-party information, services or products are free from errors or omissions.
(c) Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd contractors are independent contractors and are licensed and/or qualified to provide services, such as, but not limited to, massage, and general wellbeing advice. Any claim, loss, death or damage which the client might have suffered as a result of an act or failure to act by such a contractor will be brought against, and will be the responsibility of, that contractor and not Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd, and any professional liability is between the contractor and the client. The client hereby releases Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd and its director(s) and indemnifies and keeps indemnified, and holds harmless from any claim, loss, damage or injury suffered by the client. Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd will at all times assist, where possible, to resolve any conflict or issues with contractors.
12. Confidentiality and Privacy Agreement
Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd and the client agree not to on-sell, distribute, copy, use or disseminate any information without gaining prior permission and agreement from both parties. At all times during the contract agreement term, all information is treated with full confidentiality and privacy.
13. Intellectual Property Agreement
All information disclosed and provided by Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd and Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd contractors shall at all times be the property of Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd, including all written, audio and visual material. Nothing in this contract agreement shall be construed as conveying to any party any right, title or interest in, or to any information or the intellectual property of Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd, or to convey any license to use, sell, exploit, copy or further develop any such information or intellectual property of Corporate Bodies Pty Ltd.
