Quality Feedback

We are a professional organisation that values quality assurance. We only employ fully qualified and insured massage therapists, with specialist training in our unique corporate massage service so that we can guarantee you a safe, quality service. And we are always looking for ways to improve and exceed your expectations.

Once we have been to your workplace or event, we will ask you to distribute a brief email questionnaire to employees who received massages to get their feedback on our service. From this questionnaire we will give you a written report summarising the feedback (you can also have access to the completed questionnaires if you wish).

This is an important part of our quality assurance process and ensures that we continue to maintain the highest level of service to our clients.

The quality report includes  a selection of compliments from your employees and a section showing “Areas for Improvement” so we can ensure we are providing the very best service possible.

There will also be various graphs showing the information regarding our performance as shown below.

Ratings: 1=Poor 2=Fair 3=Good 4=Very Good 5=Excellent
